A graduate of the University of Manitoba Dental Faculty in 1983, Dr. Bonar served as a Dental Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces before starting his private practice in Brandon in 1986. He has held leadership roles, including President of the Western Manitoba Dental Society and the Manitoba Dental Association, and has been recognized with awards such as the Manitoba Dental Association President's Award of Merit.
