Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of our web app. During your free trial, you may use all of the features of our web app. After your free trial ends, you must sign up for a paid account to continue using our web app.


Paid Accounts

We offer a variety of paid plans for our web app. The features and pricing of our paid plans are available on our website.


Payments

You can pay for your paid account using a credit card or debit card. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.


Cancellation

You can cancel your paid account at any time through your account or by contacting us. Your account will be canceled immediately, and you will not be charged any further fees.


Termination

We may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

In no event will Dentist 365, its affiliates, or licensors be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses), regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise arising out of your use of our Services.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentist 365, its affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.


Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dentist 365 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.


Amendment

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. You agree to be bound by the amended Terms by continuing to use our Services after the amended Terms have been posted.


Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision at any time.
