You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or sell any of the Content without the prior written consent of Dentist 365.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL DENTIST 365, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES), REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentist 365, its affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dentist 365 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Amendment
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. You agree to be bound by the amended Terms by continuing to use the Services after the amended Terms have been posted.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision at any time.
