Steph, our Business Manager, earned her MBA from Athabasca University in 2024 and her BBA from Brandon University in 2016. Since joining our team in 2019, she has taken on a variety of roles, including HR, accounting, IT support, reception, and project management, before stepping into her current leadership position. She is passionate about strategic management and fostering a strong, collaborative team to enhance the patient experience. Outside the office, she runs her own business and stays active with cross-country skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, golfing, and running. Most of all, she loves camping and exploring the National and Provincial parks across Manitoba, Alberta, and BC.
